How do you pack records for shipping?

We take great care in packaging. All vinyl is shipped in heavy-duty cardboard mailers with extra padding. For new records, we can ship the vinyl outside the jacket upon request to prevent seam splits during transit.

What is your grading system for used vinyl?

We use the standard Goldmine Grading System (M, NM, VG+, VG, G). Every used record is visually inspected and, in many cases, play-tested to ensure accurate descriptions of condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes.

Can I add items to an existing order?

If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can usually add items to it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number to request a modification.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or significantly differs from the description. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Do you buy used record collections?

Yes, we are always looking for quality used vinyl. If you have a collection you are interested in selling, please contact us via email with a brief description or list of what you have.
